Quite often, even after we’ve chosen an item and purchased it successfully, there may be some things we might want to change or repair afterward - either during or following the delivery process, when filing a return or applying for using our warranty. Here we'll try to explain in plain terms how our store’s warranty policy works does and how you can be using it when shopping with us!

Quality is our number one concern. Because zhagaram.in is committed to selling only the highest quality, premium products, we offer a 12-month manufacturer's warranty for all of our frames and lenses. If you notice any defects in your frame or lenses that are covered under our warranty (see chart below), we will repair or replace your item free of charge, as long as it is returned to us within one year of purchase.

Call our customer service department at 044-4855-3577 to find out if the damage to your product is covered under our warranty.

Please do NOT attempt to repair eyewear yourself. We cannot accept products that have been tampered with for repair/replacement under a manufacturer's warranty.

14 Day Lens Guarantee

This ensures total accuracy and lenses that are free of scratches, distortions and defects. We want you to be happy with your order! If your prescription lenses are not 100% accurate, call us within 14 days of receiving your items and we will replace the lenses free of charge. Call our Customer Service Department at 044-4855-3577.

(Frames cannot be exchanged under the lens guarantee.)

If your doctor changes your prescription after receiving your order, we will remake your lenses at 50% of the retail cost.

1. If the value of the exchanged item is more than the value of the originally purchased item, the customer will be charged the price difference. If the value of the exchanged item is lower than the value of the originally purchased item, the customer will receive a credit for the price difference on his/her credit card.

2. Customers wishing to exchange their purchase can choose to receive store credit instead of product.

3. One exchange per item. Zhagaram.in reserves the right to limit the number of returns and/or exchanges at any time.

**Prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be resold, therefore we don't apply full credit on returns and exchanges. Lens fee applies.

Where your prescription lenses incorrect?

If your prescription lenses are not 100% accurate, email us within 14 days of receiving your items and we will replace the lenses free of charge. Frames cannot be exchanged under the lens guarantee.

* Products must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received. Please do not attempt to repair eyewear before returning it to Zhagaram.in. Products covered under warranty can only be replaced or repaired, not refunded.

Step 1: Call our Customer Care get a Return Number

Step 2: Repackage your item

The following items must be present in order for the return to be processed:

• Protective Case (when applicable) and cleaning cloth

• Printed page from Zhagaram.in

• The box it came in (or another hard box with appropriate padding materials to protect the eyewear)

Step 3: Write your Return Number on the outside of the package.

Your return or exchange will not be processed without it!

Please note: your Return Number expires after 30 days
